Put Your Body to Work
A challenging full-body session for building strength, balance, coordination, and control.
What Is The Forge?
The Forge is our most active class. You’ll work through sequences that combine flowing yoga movements with balance, stability, and strength-focused positions.
Expect to sweat. Expect to concentrate. Expect a few muscles you forgot existed to make themselves known. This isn’t about rushing from one pose to another. We care about how you get there — and whether you can control the movement when you do.
Who Is It For?
Gym-goers
Men who enjoy challenging workouts
Active beginners
Anyone wanting a more physical yoga practice
No Experience Required
You don't need to be flexible, athletic, or experienced. Show up as you are and we'll take it from there.
Mobility That Matters
Forget forcing yourself into complicated poses. We work on the movement your body needs every day.
Useful Strength
Our approach focuses on strength you can actually use — better stability, balance, control, and movement.
A Different Kind of Training
Yoga can challenge you without leaving you completely drained. We combine effort with recovery to keep you moving longer.
This Is What They Say
Before You Step on the Mat
No. Our instructors explain the movements and offer modifications throughout the class. You can start from zero.
That’s one of the reasons many of our members come. Yoga can complement strength training by working on mobility, balance, control, and recovery.
No. Some sessions are physically demanding, while others are designed to improve mobility or help your body recover.
Absolutely not. Flexibility is not a requirement for yoga. It’s one of the things you can develop through consistent practice.
Anything comfortable that lets you move freely. There is no specific dress code.
Start with one or two sessions per week and see how your body responds. Consistency matters more than doing everything at once.
