We Don't Teach You to Be a Yogi
We teach you to understand your body, move with control, and build a practice you can actually use.
The Gap We Wanted to Fill
There are plenty of places to get stronger. There are plenty of places to stretch. And there are plenty of yoga studios. But we noticed something missing. A space where men could work on all three without feeling like they had to fit into a particular idea of what yoga is supposed to look like. That’s where Forge began. We built the studio around a simple principle: Your training should make you more capable, not just more tired.
For some members, that means finally getting their shoulders moving properly. For others, it’s learning how to recover after years of lifting. Some come because running has made their hips tight. Others simply want to discover what their bodies can do. There isn’t one reason to practice. Our classes borrow from yoga, mobility training, strength work, and recovery techniques to create something practical. We care about how you move, how you feel, and whether the practice actually carries over into your life. We also believe that yoga doesn’t need to be intimidating. You don’t need the right background. You don’t need to know Sanskrit. You don’t need to touch your toes. You need a willingness to learn. Our instructors meet you where you are, explain the work, and give you room to improve without comparing yourself to the person next to you.
Forge isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming more capable.More mobile. More controlled. More aware of what your body can do.And hopefully, a little harder to break.
